We use your email address, language choices and confirmation record only to deliver the writings and updates you request, based on your consent. Delivery uses our hosting/mail provider in Switzerland. We do not track opens or clicks, create advertising profiles or use an external CAPTCHA. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and are removed after seven days. For consent evidence, we retain the displayed disclosures, confirmation email and associated confirmation, change and withdrawal events in compressed, encrypted form. General delivery records are removed after 90 days. To handle complaints and legal claims, after unsubscribing a minimal withdrawal and consent record is kept for up to three years. Short-lived pseudonymous counters prevent abuse; separate hosting access logs may also exist.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link and request access, correction or erasure via the contact address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your competent EU data protection authority. Subscribing is optional and is not required to read the website.
